Ernst Mühlfellner is admitted as an attorney-at-law in Austria. He graduated from the Paris-Lodron University of Salzburg in law in 1995. He practiced as a clerk with Austrian Courts and as an associate in well-known law firms in Vienna and Salzburg. He also worked as a company lawyer (business and legal affairs) in media companies (music and film; TV-production; Internet).

He concentrates on litigation and counseling in all areas of intellectual property law (copyright, trademarks, and competition law) and on matters relating to software and public administrative law. He is a litigator in all areas of civil and commercial law.

Ernst Mühlfellner is a lecturer in intellectual property law courses at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences.
